Just like any other Starbucks but you got to love it
Friendly staff and great location. Typical starbucks fare. Tried the chocolate croissant for the first time. WOW
Cozy downtown location... Kinda funky compared to the newer ones, but I like it...
Good location. They made my mobile order fast. Friendly staff. Nice dining area.
What's not to like about a friendly, familiar face? With few exceptions, this global corporation makes a decent cup of coffee. And it's always fun to bump into an old friend when travelling the "Land of Enchantment." The only variable is the inconsistent service. Otherwise, 5 stars.
This Starbucks location was definitely better than most other locations I have visited. I ordered a Vanilla Bean Frappacino and was not disappointed. My drink was on point, the employees friendly, and the inside clean. I'll stop by again soon for sure.
Just left a couple of minutes ago, so hopefully this timestamp can help determine who was working. Loved the guy who took our order. Super friendly and helpful. The girl barista however, was rude when I nicely asked for the cloud macchiato cold (as it's depicted in the picture) and claimed that "It only comes hot." As she huffed and walked away. When she returned with the drink she practically slammed it down on the table, made no eye contact, and walked off without saying anything. The outside of the cup was very messy and it showed no effort. I didn't think I was being rude or unreasonable and there wasn't even that many people in there to warrant that behavior. I don't like giving bad reviews, but man-- that experience was rough.
Went in to get a small white chocolate mocha with extra shot and it was the worst I have ever had. It tasted like a regular cup of coffee with a little bit of whipped cream. I called a few times to talk to someone and nobody answered. I won't be going back to that Starbucks again anytime soon.
Santa Fe has the most beautiful sunsets on Earth
This Starbucks is always busy. It's due to the fact that it is in the heart of the historic part of the city. If you must come here order on the app and pick up. If you are from out of town go to the French Pastry Shop inside the La Fonda Hotel. There is only one of it and you can go to Starbucks anywhere.
Usually get my order correctly
Placed a mobile order today with Extra Whipped Cream added to my beverage. When it was picked up by a coworker and brought back to office, there was none added. I tried calling to report this and no one picked up on the other end... Very disappointed!!
So disappointed, showed up at 8:28pm says open till 9pm. But the had already poured out all their coffee 32 minutes before the close.
A nice warm place to relax.
Good service. Friendly staff.
Good coffee but there is a lady by the name of Paula who works in the mornings. She treats the homeless worse than dogs or anybody that looks himelhom for that matter. Every time I go in there she has the biggest attitude with me. She told me I couldn't have a discounted refill just because I went outside to give somebody another coffee I had purchased for them. It's people like this that push people to hurt people. Maybe they shouldn't be working in a public space
It's a pretty place. I like working here. That's what most people do. Gets quite busy after 3 but morning is just best to spend here.
As many times as we have visited Santa Fe this is the first time we found a Starbucks in the heart of downtown. Very busy with a very cool vibe and decor.
Maya who works here is phenomenal!! She went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. She deserves a raise! Thank you for making our day!!
Good place to get a cup of coffee and get some work done
A welcoming place for all
I always love Starbucks. My drink is the skinny caramel macchiato and I like my foam very creamy and this place consistently does a good job. Starbucks coffee ain't cheap but they aim to please.
Starbucks on the corner of Zafarano has been remodeled finally! I enjoy going there to eat and have coffee.
Expensive coffee and a shame the nice mugs etc all made in China
Overpriced mediocre coffee. Only show in town at 7 30 am during Indian Market.
One of the dirtiest Coffee shops I've ever been in with the Starbucks logo. Just sad.
Decent place to go too
Nice store. Expect lots of people inside
Nice starbucks, personnel could've been a bit more patient with tourists like me
Great location next to my work. They always make my order right and wait is not so bad a bit pricey for breakfast sandwiches especially
Good Starbucks. Friendly staff.
Frappuccino was great and the cashier was exceptionally helpful.
Great place to relax.
Nice Starbucks. Crowded but fast, friendly service. Food was fresh. Coffee was good. Location is perfect for central Santa Fe. Weekday right after a holiday street parking was easy. If you're staying in Santa Fe, I recommend walking.
Too many Karen's
Not the most beautiful Sbx you have ever been to but air con, wifi and close to the Plaza.
Finally, the ONLY Starbucks in New Mexico that got my drink correct. Omg thank you Santa Fe.
Starbucks ok but restrooms are not very clean. They must take care of it. It is part of business too.
Fast and friendly can't ask for bett6
Extremely nice staff. Some of the nicest Starbucks staff I've ever met. The drinks came out fast and the entire place was spotless and beautifully decorated. They also sold beer.
Always busy, but the service is so efficient and pleasant that the brief wait isn't an issue. Local artists' work on display.
I have always loved Starbucks and this location has great people and great customer service. The environment is clean and spacious.
Coffee was perfect, hot and delicious! The only downside is all of the homeless that gather at the entrance. I am compassionate about their struggles. We donate, volunteer and try to help when we can. However when you treat yourself to a pricey cup of coffee it's a bit of a downer to look out the window at someone begging on the street. I hope the management can figure out a way to help them so they don't have to hangout and beg.
I enjoy being inside and able to relax in this paralyzing atmosphere it's great to be able to study and just frame myself here for a bit.
Informative and quick service. I would like to thank two partners that were on top with their customer service! Great job and thank you personally to Bethany and Simon! ☕👍👍💎
Bathrooms are not clean. Filled with homeless. Only one barista when I visited. You would be much better off going to 35 North or Garcia Street books Or iconic coffee roasters; All of which are just a block or two away and local owned as far as I know.
Terrible 1st and last impression. Ordered the seasonal Caramel Brûlée Latte and has to be the worst latte I’ve had yet. The gal appearing to be 4-5 feet in height tends to have an attitude always and seems like an inconvenience to her when you let her know your mobile order. Went there twice and won’t be back anytime soon. In optimism, awesome venue and location.
Very nice Starbucks. Friendly baristas. Great coffee as expected.
Starbucks is always tasty. The drinks are always done perfect. But the girl who was working tonight at the register is the rudest, laziest person I have ever dealt with. She refused to put an ingredient just because she had to change the bottle.
Ordered medicine ball drind with peppermint. Was good but they didnt put peppermint. Ugh!!!
